As part of our celebrations for World Book Day on March 1st the children will be learning all about the characters in the well known story the Grufffalo. This is a great story written by Julia Donaldson she has also written titles such as Stick Man and Cave Baby. We hope you can find the time on March 1st to share a story with you child.

The children have been enjoying all things Scottish starting will Burn’s Day on January 25th. They have had fun learning about Scotland and Scottish traditions.

The boys and girls have done a super job creating flowers and wreaths for our Christmas display. The theme is shop windows and the nursery made a flower shop. Well done everyone it looks great!

Hope everyone enjoyed the October break the time seems to be flying past so quickly. The children have had great fun making candle holders and learning about the Hindu Diwali festival. Now its time to get busy with Hallowe’en and Guy Fawkes. Keep checking here to see pictures of all the exciting work the children are doing.

The children have been enjoying the Autumn weather. They have taken advantage of the wind and enjoyed collecting leaves and conkers that have blown from the trees. Look at the boys and girls flying their kites.
